# ZERE > ZERE develops and deploys small, transportable modular EcoTower systems that transform agricultural effluent and excess materials, industrial waste and municipal waste streams into on-site electricity, recovered water and valuable resources. ZERE operates from offices in Mexico City and Santa Monica, California, with its operational base in Mérida, Yucatán, Mexico. ZERE designs and deploys distributed resource-recovery and water-recovery infrastructure. Each EcoTower module is transportable, modular, and sized to the site it serves — generating continuous baseload power and clean water from resource streams that would otherwise require lagoons, landfills, transport, or centralized treatment. Applications span agricultural operations including swine and dairy effluent and excess materials, municipal wastewater, industrial effluent, and AI data center power and water demand. EcoTower is engineered by Proytec S.A. de C.V., whose principals bring more than four decades each of operational experience from Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX). Twenty percent of net profit from every deployment is structurally committed to a community-directed Nature-Based Solutions fund. ## Company - [About & Team](https://zere.io/about.html): Company origin, operating philosophy, and leadership bios — Eduardo Celis Rojo (Managing Partner), Alberto Osegueda Magaña (Corporate & Financial Partner), Ing.
